Living in The Dominion
The Dominion is a guard-gated community on San Antonio's northwest side, built from the 1980s around the Dominion Country Club and Leon Creek. Homes range from garden homes on the golf course to custom estates on larger lots in the hills.
Because the community spans everything from lock-and-leave garden homes to multi-acre estates, there's no such thing as a 'Dominion price.' Section, lot, views and how recently a home was updated all move value, and club membership is a separate decision from the house.
