This policy explains how Stefanie Parra Real Estate ("we", "us"), the real estate business of Stefanie Parra, a REALTOR® with Real Broker, LLC, operated through Exclusive Real Estate Solutions, LLC, collects and uses information through stefanieparra.com and through text messages and calls with us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us when you fill out a form: your name, mobile phone number, email address, property address, and answers such as your timeline, price range or message.
- Messages you send us by text, email or phone.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as the page you came from, device type and approximate location, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, such as preparing a home value, sending listing alerts, or answering a question.
- To contact you by phone or email about your request.
- To send you text messages, only if you checked the text message consent box (see "Text messages" below).
- To keep records of your request and of any consent you gave, as the law requires.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, we may send you automated text messages about your request from (830) 356-4613. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf and are bound to use it only for that purpose.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, our customer relationship management system, our text message and phone provider, and tools that help us draft replies. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With Real Broker, LLC, our sponsoring brokerage, as required for real estate recordkeeping and supervision.
- With other parties to your real estate transaction (for example a lender, title company or the other agent) only when you ask us to or it is needed to complete your transaction.
- When required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and brokerage recordkeeping requirements. Records of text message consent and opt-outs are kept as proof of your choices.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
- Ask us to stop calling or emailing you, or to correct or delete your information, by contacting us below.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
