Living in Dancing Bear Ranch

Dancing Bear Ranch is a gated community of custom homes on acreage at Medina Lake, in unincorporated Medina County with a Mico mailing address. Homesites run from about 1 to more than 13 acres, and members have a private lakeside park with a boat ramp.

It is a long way from the city, roughly 45 minutes to downtown San Antonio, and it runs on well water from a community system and septic. The lake level also varies a lot from year to year, so the boat ramp isn't always usable. Buyers should go in knowing all three.
