Esperanza is a master-planned community off TX-46 in Boerne, built from the 2010s on, with more than 450 acres of parks, lakes and trails. Its 11-acre Club has a lazy river, pool, splash pad and fitness center.
It's one of the few Boerne communities with a Boerne ISD elementary school inside the neighborhood, and it includes Regency at Esperanza, a 55+ section by Toll Brothers.
